Refund and cancellation rules may vary based on whether the service/product is provided by a vendor or directly by Find24.

1. Marketplace Services

Find24 functions primarily as a listing and marketplace platform.

For all products or services purchased from third-party vendors:

  • Refunds, cancellations, and replacements are governed entirely by the vendor’s individual policy.
  • Find24 does not control, influence, or guarantee any vendor’s refund or cancellation decisions.
  • Users must contact the respective vendor directly for order-specific issues, disputes, or refund requests.

2. When Find24 Provides Services Directly

In limited cases where Find24 provides services directly (e.g., premium listings, advertising, subscription plans), refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered or failed to commence.
  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurred.
  • An order or request was cancelled before processing or activation.

Find24 reserves the right to review each case before approving a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed as promised
  • Subscription, membership, or listing fees that have already been used or activated
  • Fees paid for promotional listings, featured ads, boosts, or marketing services
  • Payments made to third-party vendors for products/services, unless the vendor approves the refund

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or card issuers.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund related to services provided by Find24, please email:

  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Registered name and contact number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots, receipts, or documents

Requests missing required information may take longer to process.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders or services may be cancelled before execution, based on the vendor’s cancellation terms.
  • For vendor-based cancellations, users must directly contact the vendor.
  • Find24 may cancel an order or service if:
    • Payment issues occur
    • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
    • The service cannot be fulfilled due to technical or operational reasons

In such cases, applicable refunds (if any) will be processed as per this policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to vendor-provided services or products:

  • The user must first contact the vendor.
  • If unresolved, Find24 may assist in communication but does not guarantee outcomes or refunds.
